How long should I wait for a response to open cases before I contact an admin?
Every PucaTrader is obligated to respond to case messages in a timely fashion, within 72 hours of messages being received. Make sure to click "Request Admin Assistance" if you are concerned about the arbitration process. After 3 days without a response, a PucaTrade Admin may issue a resolution based on the information (or lack thereof) provided by you in the case notes at that time.
