Give and Let Give #37: 9/19 - 9/25

The monkey is back! This week he finds himself in the #2 spot. We talked about Ragavan last week, but he will continue dashing in and out of the top trades for some time based on his value alone.

Another repeat winner is the Commander Collection: Green. We talked about this back in June, and definitely has some sweet cards in it (notably Sylvan Library, Omnath, Locus of Mana and Worldly Tutor). Back then, I was asking what would be in the other collections? Well, we've recently received info on the Commander Collection: Black. This is set to release in Early 2022 and contains some good reprints like Phyrexian Arena, Reanimate and Toxic Deluge. At this snail's pace, it looks like we might not finish this cycle until 2025.

So, what's the top trade?

Well... It's tall, a dryad and recently found a new host in Midnight Hunt. This card was originally printed in the first Modern Horizons, but this trade comes from The List

Most of you experienced trades may know what "The List" is, but for those who don't. The List is a number of reprint cards introduced in 2020 and hand selected by WOTC. As of now these only come in Set Boosters, but also appeared in Mystery Booster packs. Typically you would open one in 25% of the packs, but could be at any rarity. This makes the top trade, ultra rare... err.... ultra mythic?
